To minimize wait times and have a more efficient flow, we only see cases by appointment. You can make an appointment by calling us during normal business hours, or, outside of business hours, you can request that we contact you to schedule an appointment here and we will be in touch soon to confirm the details.
When you arrive for your first appointment, we will have you fill out a brief information sheet with details about you and your pet(s). If you have previous veterinary or medical records for your pets, please bring them to the appointment. They can also be sent to our office in advance by e-mail (kala[email protected]) or fax (269-381-6431).
At your appointment, you'll be checked in by one of our licensed veterinary technicians or accredited veterinary assistants who will take a thorough history and discuss the reason for the visit. The veterinarian will then perform a thorough head-to-tail physical exam of your pet. You'll have a chance to go over any questions or concerns, and the doctor will offer recommendations for your pet's care. Most initial visits last 30-60 minutes.
Payment is requested at the time of your visit. We accept pet insurance and CareCredit.
Please note that during times of high appointment demand we ask that new clients pre-pay their pet's examination fee as a deposit. If a deposit is required to confirm your appointment, we will let you know when you book your appointment.
